North Devon: Treetops - Surrounded in Nature

Treetops is a warm and cosy space, providing calm and peace for guests to escape the cares of everyday life. Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. Decorated using muted earth colours, the cabin has all modern coveniences including central heating, shower room and kitchen area with fridge and full-size gas cooker. Outside are private gardens, including sitting area with bbq and firepit. Shared heated pool May to Sept.

Pump Cottage - 5 minutes drive to the beach.

A 5 minute drive from the award winning Woolacombe beach. Set in the peaceful Willingcott holiday Village. Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Shoreline Escape - Saunton Down

Make lasting memories in our cosy beachside annexe, attached to the main house, with sweeping views of Saunton Sands from every room. Ideal for small families who love walking, surfing, and relaxing in the sun. Enjoy use of a shared private pool and explore nearby restaurants and Devon’s stunning beaches. This classic seaside retreat is perfect for unwinding and recharging. The property is shared with friendly owners, happy to assist with any queries. We warmly welcome your lovely pets!

The Look Out- ilfracombe - Private Indoor Pool

Outstanding views from every window, a perfect holiday retreat. Detached holiday home is set into the hills with woods behind still a stone throw away from the heart of the bustling seaside town of Ilfracombe. Located at the end of a private road, you will be able to enjoy some amazing walks direct from the property with national trust footpaths. We also have 3 ½ acres of private woodlands (no public footpaths) at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

The Barn at Coombe Farm Goodleigh

Easter and Summer bookings are weekly with a Friday check-in. The Barn has been converted in to a beautiful 2 bedroom property for 4 people. It is located in the grounds of Coombe Farm, with a private terrace, hot tub, ceramic barbecue, hammock, garden and access to a shared outdoor pool in summer (June to September). A foot path runs past The Barn, to the village of Goodleigh, where there is a pub. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Seablue View is a couple of minutes walk from the award winning Woolacombe Beach & Barricane Beach with spectacular beach & sunset views. Spacious master bedroom, and second bedroom with a double bed (a single sofa bed chair is available for separate sleeping or small children). Perfect for a shared couples holiday, families or a romantic getaway...

A lovely 2-bedroom lodge, which can sleep 6, finished to a high standard with a cosy relaxing vibe. You can settle in and enjoy the amazing views from the upstairs living room and balcony. The outdoor pool, is available June-September (1m at its deepest) Please note there is a 2 car maximum at this property
