Guests enjoy a spacious craftsman-style suite complete with full private bath (double shower+ tub!), mini-kitchenette, sofa, 24 hour self check-in via combo lock, wrap around porch and private entrance. Conveniently located 3 miles from downtown Athens and all of the wonderful night spots and restaurants, the Classic City Convention Center activities, and all the goings on at the University of Georgia. 1 mile to the nearest grocery store. Not suitable for smoking, pets, and children under 13.

The Ivywood Barn Too!

We've had so much fun hosting our original, The Ivywood Barn, we decided to add on. Welcome to The Ivywood Barn Too! Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

Welcome to Countryside Carriage House, a peaceful 900 sq ft escape on 40 acres, minutes from the city. Attached to main house, but with separate upstairs entrance, it has comfort and charm, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen, full washer/dryer, and a cozy living room. King bed in the master, tw/qu bunk bed in the 2nd room. Relax on deck overlooking a fenced-in salt water pool with a waterfall. With free dedicated parking, and beautiful gardens, your countryside getaway awaits!

Relax at the MartInn, a newly renovated guesthouse only 20 minutes from downtown Athens, Ga. This one bedroom guesthouse is situated on a peaceful, wooded lot. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck, and then scramble some farm fresh eggs provided by the host’s chickens. The guesthouse is within 10-15 minutes of the Firefly Bike Trail, the North Oconee River Greenway, and Watson Milll Bridge State Park. Also nearby is the Broad River Outpost to rent kayaks for a float down the Broad River.
