Welcome to your dream villa, built right beneath a cliffside! This residence features 2 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It is a new house, was built in 2008 but we didn't use it, until June 2017 that we decided to put it for rent for Airbnb. 800 meters from the Potami beach of Lasithi, or 10 minutes walking with maps. 650 meters from the main road that has a bus stop with hourly schedules. 3.3 kilometers or 6 minutes with car from the city of Ierapetra. It is 127 square meters. It can be rented, always the whole, by 1 of up to 10 people.

Villa Kalliopi is ideally located just 3 km from the picturesque town of Agios Nikolaos and Lake Voulismeni. The distance from the sea is 20 meters with easy and comfortable access. It is a two-storey maisonette at 50 square meters.There are gardens around the house, a traditional stone well. At the same time you will find a stone table in which shade is created from the foliage of the olive trees.
