Then enjoy a private 3rd story rooftop hot tub, a fireplace, heated bathroom floors and a king size bed.

Tiny house - Guesthouse

Our rustic shipping container guest house sits just outside of town on a 10 acre working Ranch. Enjoy a peaceful night, with the sounds of the creek and a few farm animals mixed in, including dogs that will visit your front door and keep guard on the property. Dogs may bark in the middle of the night! Our tiny and cozy guest house has custom and unique details throughout and is best suited for 1-2 people. This home is up a dirt road and there is parking directly in front of the tiny house.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Perfect for work or play! The hospital is 10 minutes away, and Idaho State University is just down the road. Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. Passing trains add a touch of nostalgic charm. Sep 2-8 our parking area is unavailable. We have street parking.

Take it easy at this tranquil lakefront cabin, bungalow, tiny house on pristine Spirit Lake… Watch otters play on the beach, or ospreys and bald eagles diving for fish. Enjoy lakeside patios for bon fires, fishing and boats to use. Sedlemayer's lakefront restaurant is directly across from us a short paddle away. Near Mt Schweitzer, Lakes Pend Oreille, Coeur D’Alene and the Silverwood theme park.

Birch Tree Studio-A Relaxing Retreat

Clean and bright modern studio...this is a perfect way to escape the busyness of life and experience a refreshing retreat. You won't find a TV here (don't worry...there is WiFi) but when you aren't relaxing by the fireplace, there are great places to explore around the area...Schweitzer Mountain Resort is just a 30-minute drive and you'll find lots of great restaurants downtown...many of them with live music. Our studio is designed for two, but a third guest can be accommodated upon request.

Downtown cozy cottage is the ideal McCall retreat! Just blocks to Payette Lake, parks, restaurants, shops, beach and marina. Private setting surrounded by Aspen tress and across the street from the Payette National Forest ranger station for maps, info. and more. Only 15-20 minute drive to Brundage Mountain Resort to experience some of the best skiing / snowboarding in "Best snow in Idaho" or mountain biking in the summer! Our studio cottage is perfect for couples or solo adventurers too.

Your private cottage is surrounded by beautiful farm and ranch land. This cottage, located just 1.5 miles south of Preston’s city center, is the perfect place to relax, view the mountains and enjoy the outdoors. You will have spectacular views of the Bear River mountain range to the East, and you may see and hear sheep bleating, hawks soaring, owls hooting, horses whinnying, sprinkler lines watering the fields, and tractors working in the distant fields.

Peaceful guest house just 5 minutes from downtown Twin Falls. Our 3 acre property has a gated entrance shared with our home. Beautiful views from the front picture window of rolling farm fields, grazing cows and the south hills. The guest house is surrounded by a small fenced yard with a propane fire pit, tree swing and chairs. My family and I live next door and are happy to help with anything you might need during your visit to Twin Falls.
