Mountain Pines Guesthouse

One bedroom cottage set in the pines with beautiful views of mountains, prairie, & wildlife. Enjoy a tranquil setting on 20 acres with a walking trail thru the woods. Only 6 minutes to town. Juice, fruit, coffee, oatmeal, cereal, milk, toast and eggs (you cook) provided. Free WiFi. Cell phone coverage is spotty. Texting works, calls are iffy. You can use our land line. There is no A/C, but it stays cool like a basement, due to being partially built into a hillside. W/D. Portable crib available

The studio-like home has all the basics for a short or extended stay: kitchen with full-size fridge, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker; bathroom with all the necessities; and full-size washing machine and dryer.

Just minutes from the famous scenic Highway 12 that accesses fishing, river floating and rafting, natural hotsprings, hiking, hunting, snowshoeing, ATV and snowmobile trails.

River View Cabin

Enjoy a private getaway on the Salmon River. As with all our accommodations, guests have full access to the main house with a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, library, and shower room. The cabin has a porch and nearby firepit. The cabin is off-the-grid with no electricity and plumbing. We provide battery-powered lanterns year-round and fans in summer. The cabin has a wood-burning stove for winter. There is a small camp toilet, and of course the shrubs outside always welcome "watering."

Guest House in Orofino

Take it easy at this unique getaway just minutes down the road from state land or 14 minutes to downtown Orofino. Perfect place for hunters, fisherman, or those who simply want to get out of the hustle and bustle. Room to park those ATV's, boats, etc. 2 Queen size beds and a pull out couch that turns into a full. No roll away beds, but we have another couch that turns into a twin and an air mattress. Perfect for large groups. Outside you’ll find a fish cleaning station and propane grill.

The guest house is nestled on a hillside overlooking the Salmon River, Hammer Creek Park and public boat launch. It’s a one hour drive to Hells Canyon boat launch at Pittsburg Landing on the Snake River. Both areas are great for boating, rafting, and fishing. This studio guest house comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen sized bed, comfortable pull out couch, and separate full bathroom & shower. The unit also has a kitchen and private deck to enjoy the wildlife and million dollar view!

The upstairs Nest treetop retreat studio is in Idaho’s scenic Clearwater River Canyon between Lewiston & Orofino. Relax above the trees in our mountain orchard or fish in the on-site creek. Just a half mile from the Clearwater River, steelhead capital of the world, and a mile from a boat launch. Short drive to Dworshak reservoir and miles of hiking and biking trails. This a beautiful four season location on our quiet farm. June- December you can pick up fresh produce onsite.

Salmon River Cottage Lookout

The Salmon River Cottage Lookout a cozy escape perched above the stunning Salmon River. This peaceful hideaway offers breathtaking views right from your doorstep. This space sleeps two with a queen bed. However it does have a loveseat sleeper in the living room. It is a very Peaceful and quiet place. Beach access to Hammer Creek CG is just a 15 min. drive. The covered deck has a red fir bar and two bar stools to enjoy the fabulous view. No Pets! 2 night min. On Holidays!

River View Sheep Wagon

Overlooks one of Lucile's most beautiful views of the Main Salmon River. A sandy beach lies below and the Labyrinth is steps away. The wagon is lit by solar lanterns and candles. A table slides out from beneath the bed, and a chamber pot is included. Main toilets and showers are located a short distance at the main house. We request that guests do not move the firepit or chairs into the labyrinth~ this is a sacred space for contemplation.
