Camp Manatee is a magical estate situated on approximately 3 acres with over 650 feet of direct Santa Fe River frontage with a stilt home elevated over the ground by 30+ feet. This gives you an incredible vantage point of the expansive property from the home and wrap-around porches. The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Compact cottage has a full kitchen and bath, queen bed, twin air mattress, indoor seating and outdoor picnic area. We have a few friendly alpacas, chickens, dogs, and assorted birds. Well cared for pets welcome, property is fully fenced. Great place to stay to explore the springs, go antiquing, or check out Gainesville's food, music and fun.

(Tucknee Inn) has beautiful wooden animal carvings and river tables throughout the house. Outside, relax in the hot tub, or tell campfire stories in our custom built firepit area. The cabin also boasts a huge custom rock shower, a large loft that acts as a second living room, and spacious bedrooms.
