Northern lights Luxury w/ hot tub! 10 min to city

5 min from the city and 15 min from center we have just finished our house at a wonderful quiet location. The surroundings during summertime are birds forrest and berries. Lake very close by. During wintermonths we have the privilege of a private show of the world famous northern lights. Some bus drivers know about this spot and sometimes they bring their passengers to our neighbourhood to enjoy the show. In the master bedroom we have a big window in the roof to be able to watch and stay warm.

House in the heart of Reykjavík - city center

This beautiful house has three floors with six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is in 5 min walking distance from the city center. It also has a free small parking space (reservation needed). It is very well located in terms of public transportation. The bus stops right across the street and the domestic airport is 3 min away driving. The BSI bus stop, which takes you to Keflavík international airport is only 5 to 10 min walking. Our daughter lives in a separate apartment in the backyard

You won't be bored in this home as you will find puzzles, board games, gaming consoles(Nintendo Wii U, PS4), books, children's toys, a high quality bluetooth speaker and great Wi-Fi. Outside you will find a spa area with hot and cold tubs and sauna. Children can enjoy the swing and groups can enjoy a game of frisbee golf.

This beautiful Villa is located in the middle of the South Coast. The perfect locations to take day tours to the Glacier Lagoon or the Black beach in Vik with Vatnajökull National Park in the backyard. Only 5 minutes drive to the town of Kirkjubæjarklaustur where you can find all necessary services for example Supermarket, Gasstation, Restaurants and a Pharmacy. In Kirkjubæjarklaustur is also a Sport Center with a thermal swimming pool and hot tubs.

Our house is 80 years old and was originally built as the local store using building materials such as concrete mixed with lava from the glacier/volcano Snæfellsjökull. The house stands by the main-road and should, therefore, be easily accessible all year round. It is located 230 meters from the beautiful dock of Arnarstapi. A newly built porch stretches all around the house accessible from within the kitchen and the main entrance.
