The house has 3 bedrooms, a large, open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen, outdoor hot tub, offering breathtaking views of the valley. A newly installed, very fast internet connection allows facilities for remote working. It is 5 min. drive from the fishing village of Dalvik with a supermarket, swimming pool, health center, culture house, wine shop and easy access to main sights.

The Secret Cabin with hot tube in Nature Reserve

The location is exceptional, located hillside in a beautiful nature reserve, still very close to the downtown Reykjavik, 20 min drive. In winter Dec-March 4x4 car is essential in Iceland. No public transport. Enjoy the hot tube in the evening and watch for the Northern Lights, then rest inside and amid wood paneling that extends to the vaulted ceilings, and look out forest-wards from the deck. The International airport is 40-50 minutes drive. Ideal located for exploring the South West.

Aurora Horizon Retreat

A quiet and peaceful getaway with amazing ocean views. Located in the beautiful fjord called “Hvalfjörður”. Only a 45 minute drive from the capital. The interior was completely renovated in 2024. You can relax in the hot tub and enjoy amazing views of the horizon during the summer and you might see the northern lights during the winter. It's a perfect location for day trips to discover the Snæfellsnes peninsula and the silver circle and it's not far from the golden circle either.

Stunning villa with amazing 360 views, great location close to the golden circle and the capital region (only 30 min drive). The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 10 people. The cottage is designed in the old Icelandic country style, but with house heating, hot water, well equipped modern kitchen, dish washer and a wood burning stove. The ground floor is 35 (square m.) Upstairs there is a 20 square m. sleeping attic with one Queen Size bed.
