Forest garden apartment Kulloviken

Our lovely annex was build in 1968, few years later than the main house where we live. It has been fully rennovated to accomodate a full kitchen, bathroom and a living area with a double bed and a vintage couch. We wanted to bring back some of the farmhouse charm with wood floors, raw tiles and a good twist of rural mystic. The kitchen was hand made from scratch to perfectly take you to a past now forgotten. The modern utilityes are there for your convinience, without breaking the spell.

Rakkaudella remontoitu paritalo. Makuuhuoneissa 180 cm ja 140 cm leveät parivuoteet. Olohuoneessa vuodesohva. Työpöytä etätyöntekijöille. Ilmainen autopaikka asunnon edessä (sähköauton lataus lisämaksusta). Rauhallinen leikkipiha lapsille aivan huoneiston vieressä. Hyvät bussiyhteydet (mm. Matinkylän metrolle) ja kävelymatka lähikauppaan. Valaistut kuntopolut lähtevät kadun toiselta puolen. Rauhallinen, aidattu oma takapiha, jonne ilta-aurinko paistaa. Tämä pieni erillisasunto sijaitsee Järvenpään kulttuurihistoriallisella alueella erillisessä piharakennuksessa varsinaisen päärakennuksen vieressä. Kaunis vastaremontoitu mökki ja suuri rinnetontti puhtaan Storträsk-järven rannalla. Piha on rauhallinen ja luonnonkaunis paikka lomapäivän viettoon jossa naapuritkaan eivät ole näkö etäisyydellä. Terassilta voit ihailla järvimaisemaa tai metsän elämää. Sauna on aivan rannan tuntumassa, veneellä tai sub-laudalla voit lähteä soutelemaan tai kalastelemaan. Talvisinkin pääsee aina uimaan. Pihalta löytyy mm. kaasugrilli ja hiiligrilli sekä nuotiopaikka. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.

Basement apartment and sauna (60m2)

Enter through a private, garden facing back door. The wooden framed house that sits above the basement apartment was built in the 1930s. It is located on a quiet street surrounded by similar wooden houses. The apartment is suitable for one, a couple or a young family of four, with a double and sofa bed. You will have access to your own bathroom, toilet and sauna. A small lounge and separate dining area serviced by a kitchen and laundry (washer and dryer) with full sized appliances.

The apartment consists of a bedroom , shower room and kitchen.. Nuuksio National Park is an area with over 100 lakes and ponds and a preferred get away for stressed city people and tourists. The house is in-midst a beautiful large garden, on the boarder of a small river and easy to reach by to public transportation.

Countryside home near Nuuksio Forest

My place used to be an attic of a barn, but now it is a cozy home with everything you need for modern life. We are situated very close to Nuuksio National Park: mushroom and berry picking is possible close-by. With some luck you can see elks and deers from the terrace. The house easily takes four people, but with with sofas and additional mattresses, a few more. Pets are welcome, if they behave. Sauna is available upon request and for a 20€ fee.

Cottage by a beautiful lake, in the nationalpark

Mökki sijaitsee Nuuksion kansallispuistossa kauniilla mäntyjä kasvavalla rinteellä, puhdasvetisen Ruuhilammen rannalla. Vihdin Gofkentälle ja Puuhaparkkiin on matkaa 11 km. Hirsinen päämökki on rakennettu 1950-luvulla. Uudempi pienempi hirsimökki on rakennettu 2012. Tunnelmaltaan molemmat ovat nostalgiset. Rannalla sijaitsee vuonna 1958 valmistunut puulämmitteinen, Reima Pietilän suunnittelema sauna.
