"The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

Handcrafted cozy waterfront camp on Metcalf pond. Propane fireplace provides for welcome warmth after fall or winter adventures. Soak in the Hot tub on the deck. Custom spiral staircase accesses carpeted sleeping loft with books, TV, rocking chair. Enjoy the quiet off season brings to the area when most camps are shuttered for winter. Enjoy staying in and cooking and taking in the cozy atmosphere or make the approximately 20 minute drive to Smugglers Notch or enjoy other local attractions.

Our house is located in the middle of all Vermont has to offer 35 min to Jay Peak 20 min to Stowe and 5 minutes to the Green River Reservoir. Relax by the wood stove and enjoy our home. This 1850s farmhouse is a great place to get away from todays busy every day life but still close to everything you want to do in Vermont. We have tastefully update this old house to modern home without losing the charm of the original one.
