A complete 30 sqm house just for you. In the house you will find your own sauna, a big bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchen including stove & fridge plus freezer and a loft with a king size double bed. The couch folds out to a queen size bed. The guest house is right next to our main house but has its very own patio for some privacy. Parking is easy accessible and is is of course included. We are usually close by if you have any questions or want tips regarding the surroundings.

Enjoy a stylish experience at a private guesthouse in a quiet part of Malmo, about 25 min by buss #5 till central station. The guesthouse is fully equipped with: 1 double bed or 2 beds، Sofa Lots of shops and restaurant near by Air conditioner Free wifi/ TV… You will be offered free coffee, tea and water. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

Välkommen till vårt fridfulla gästhus i Nordanå, döpt efter vårt pampiga åttio år gamla kinesiska sekvojaträd. På landet men nära staden. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

Cozy cottage outside Lund/Malmö

Cozy cottage built 2014. This is a holiday let. We welcome private bookings. No work teams accepted. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a bunkbed. Bedlinen and towels are included. Livingroom with a small selfcontained kitchenette with refrigerator. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Cot and highchair possible. We expect you to leave the house nice and clean.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
