Very quiet and peaceful location - the only thing you will hear at night is the owls hooting! Miles of beautiful walks are on the doorstep, and we are also short drive from the Ridgeway. This is a self contained annex above a double garage (please note low roof angles in places) with an independent door. It has a kings size bed with some seating and a TV and dinning table. There is a small kitchenette including a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. The ensuite has a basic electric shower and usual amenities. There is internet available. Close to Donnington Castle in Newbury, our place is a converted garage on the side of our house, with separate access round the back of the house, and off road parking for our guests. It is light and airy with a large window and separate entrance. There is a shower room and toilet, and a small kitchen area with kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave for simple meals. Excellent access to the M4 and A34 and public transport.
