There is an outside patio/seating/ BBQ available for the use of Guest. The rear of the Cottage opens out onto a lovely communal but very quiet grassy area for you to enjoy🌞

Our Beach House has open plan living areas, with a dining table for meals and a lounge with a log burner and Smart TV. The bi-fold doors lead to a deck with outdoor seating. At the rear there is an area for kids to play or for you to enjoy a bbq. The bedrooms both have TVS /DVDs. The resort is family/pet friendly with free use of the pool, and gym. The pub is child and dog friendly as is the bistro next door. The house is near the kids play area and the site has private access to Filey Beach.

Open living with a downstairs WC. Two double bedrooms both with king size beds (one with en-suite). The 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds. Free parking! 10 minute stroll to the amazing beach!
