Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

After our storming success for 6 years with our cosy Hayloft Apartment, we have totally refitted the bathroom, installed a brand new kitchen and added a single bedroom / study. Fresh paint, blinds and carpets throughout! Guests have dedicated parking [Now with EV Charging] a private patio for sunny breakfasts, lunches or sundowners. Very fast WiFi. 5 minutes walking distance from Glenfield hospital. 8 minutes from Leicester City Centre. 15 minutes from King Power Stadium. No full kitchen (no cooker but microwave, toaster, kettle and mini-fridge provided). Property is part of a larger property and is situated on first floor with its own private entrance. No lift.

The Den self-contained annex.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.

In Walking Distance to two Friendly pubs, a lovely Indian restaurant and lovely cafe a 2 minute walk. Surrounded by a lovely village featuring lots of walking paths and a Brooke.

Drift View Shepherds Hut

Welcome to Drift View, lovingly designed and built by ourselves and set on our family farm close to the Rutland/Leicestershire border. The hut is positioned in a private and secluded orchard, next to the farmyard and offers stunning views of the rural landscape. You can experience the peace and tranquillity the location provides whilst enjoying the luxury of the shepherds hut which has an en-suite with shower, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and both indoor/outdoor dining areas.

The Annex

A Two bedroom self contained annex with lounge, private kitchen diner and bathroom. In the small town of Burton Overy with spectacular views and a local pub that serves great food. Animal friendly and right next to a public footpath ideal for walks with or without canine friends! Positioned at the end of a lane makes this property a lovely quiet retreat for a small family or couple. Electric car charging available on the property.

Flaxlands Farm Shepherd’s Hut and wood fired hot tub is set in its own three acres of meadow and woodland on a working farm in the rolling countryside of Leicestershire. It’s very unique and we think it’s beautiful with its hammocks in the woods,& large pond ….did we mention the gorgeous wood fired hot tub!❤️ Only one shepherds hut is located in the field so you have total privacy

Cosy cottage in peaceful location

Ivy Cottage is a former stable and is full of character. It has recently been fully refurbished but retains the charm of the countryside with ceiling beams and a beautiful brickwork wall. Thrussington is a beautiful village with a charming pub and a village store and tearoom. It’s popular with walkers and cyclists and the cottage is in a lovely quiet location.

Set on a working sheep farm in the heart of England surrounded with beautiful countryside. Cottage adjoins the 16th century farmhouse with period features including exposed beams, oak floors, wood burner and an iron double bed. Village pub nearby.
