This is a spacious downstairs apartment in a beautiful newer house in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has private entrance and a yard. There are two bedrooms. If your party has more than two people, or if you need two separate beds, there is an additional $20 charge for the second bedroom per night. The house is located close to I-81 and highway 322 less than 10 minutes drive from the state capitol and the beautiful Susquehanna river and 25 minutes from Harrisburg International Airport.

We are right in the heart of historic Marietta, PA. Enjoy the historic architecture of an old train town and unique and vibrant bars/restaurants that Marietta has to offer. Marietta is located on the Susquehanna river in Lancaster county and is a convenient central location to Lancaster, York and Harrisburg.

Hell's Kitchen #1

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located right on Chocolate Ave, out of our 9 apartments this is the only without a view of the park. All of the furniture, paint and carpets are brand new. We will take great care of you, but will flag that the rear of the apartment is directly over the kitchen and there could be some vibrational noise due to the exhaust fans below. Reminder: this is a historic building and does contain steep staircases.
