Cooper Cottage is for cyclists, boaters, beach goers or those who just want to relax! The Cottage is the front half of a duplex in downtown Tarpon with all the amenities including bikes and beach gear! Walk/bike to Restaurants, Churches, Museums and Parks in under 12 minutes or drive to Fred Howard Beach or Sunset Beach in 7 minutes! Due to allergies of visiting family & friends we do NOT ALLOW PETS OR COMPANION ANIMALS, so you can rest assured that animal allergens will NOT be an issue.

This spacious 2-bedroom 1 bathroom home built in 1936 has been tastefully updated but still has much of it's original charm. Then there's the best backyard with a grill, dining area, a fire pit, cornhole court, and a spacious deck. The home is located minutes from several beaches, a dog park, the Pinellas Trail and Greek town. Restaurants, breweries and fun community events are abundant.

Key-pad entry, private parking. 1 king bed, 1 bath, queen sofa bed, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV’s, blackout curtains,shampoo,conditioner,hairdryer,WiFi. Fully stocked kitchen, smokeless grill, wine fridge upon request, k-cup/drip coffee machine. The lake has bass, we provide fishing poles/tackle box. Rentable Kayaks & Canoe. Dogs okay, sorry no cats, pet fee $50.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful corner lot cottage on a canal off of the Weeki Wachee river with two sides of water only a short paddle to crystal clear water just North of hospital hole . And I’m super excited to let everyone know the seawall has just been completed looks amazing definitely has transformed our property. The next phase will be a dock so as of now no dock so if you like to bring a boat only people with power poles will be able to do so .
