This spacious and cozy cottage can accommodate up to 8 people and is ideal for families and groups of friends. The cottage is perfectly located near the Golden Circle in the scenic South of Iceland, only a 10 minute drive from Geysir. The sleeping arrangements consist of two 160 cm beds, two 120 cm beds in the guesthouse, and two 90 cm beds in the loft. One of the highlights of the cottage is the marvelous mountain view over Hekla which we think is best enjoyed while relaxing in the hot tub.

Stay at Fell cottage on the golden circle. Close by are some of Iceland's most amazing places to visit like waterfall Faxi and Gullfoss, Geysir, Langjökull glacier, Brúarhlöð and many others. The cottage stands alone on a beautiful sightseeing platform with views of Tungufljót river and mountains all around. With stunning cliffs around back. The name of the cabin is Himnaríki or Heaven in english.(GPS =N64 04.096Ẃ20 07.739 ) The heavenly view from the cabin over the river Þjórsá and the volcano Hekla is spectacular! The amazing view reaches over the beautiful landscape and the location The floorspace of the cabin is 38 m2 plus a sleeping loft with 3 beds 80 x 200 Downstairs is one bedroom with a queen size double bed. There is a well equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. All bedding and towels are included

Perfect stay for exploring south Iceland and enjoy nature and the northern lights in winter. Beautiful cabin by the river Hvítá in a prime location in the Golden Circle. Near Gullfoss and Geysir and only 100 km to the capital city Reykjavík. The cabin can accommodate 2-4 persons. One bedroom with beds for two people. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa for two persons. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bathroom has a shower and the laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer.

Our newly renovated cottage is in the centre of the golden circle overlooking the Tungufljót river. There are spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers from the house. The house is a perfect base from which to explore the fantastic sights the golden circle and the surrounding area has to offer. All the main attractions such as Geysir (less than 10 mins drive), Gullfoss (under 20 min) and Thingvellir (about 40 min) are easy to get to from the cottage.

Most of the main sites in the south near by. The cottage is based in a peaceful tree grove on a family property on the farm Skarð. Free wi-fi, a nice shower and herd of Icelandic horses on a field by the cabin.
