Lighted parking a few steps from the door makes for safe and easy access, and a four number key code allows for arrival at any hour without concern of disturbing your hosts. The garage of the Guesthouse cottage serves as my artist (painting) studio, so I am generally working on the premises if you need me. Entire space is very private. Enjoy the cozy modern 1 bedroom queen bed, 2 large sofas that are comfortable to sleep on, oversize soaking tub large walk-in closet , 2 TVs, Blue Ray player, stereo, gorgeous private garden with table seating & tranquil water, feature, & private entry. 5 minute drive to downtown, 2 minute walk to get to Forest Park trails. Several amazing restaurants just minutes away. There is a pet fee or $40 each pet. Preferably just one pet or the fee is $70 for two.

The Overlook neighborhood is one of Portland's hidden gems. Quiet, tree lined, yet only a few minutes from all the action Portland serves up. Walk or ride to meals, brewpubs or shopping in the Mississippi and Williams districts. Hop a train (three blocks away) to all quarters. Or, to unwind, walk to Overlook or Mocks Crest parks for sweeping views of downtown Portland, Forest Park and the Willamette River. The bright, newly constructed garden suite features many thoughtful touches to make your stay comfortable. It's the perfect base for exploring Portland.
