This garden level apartment is located in a beautifully maintained heritage home on one of the most charming tree lined streets in Vancouver. This 650-square-foot private one bedroom, one bathroom suite is perfect for singles or couples for short or long-term stays. Has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bedroom with Queen bed, and TV lounge with office space. Please note: ceilings are 6’4” with an occasional 6” drop. **If you are over 6'4" you must be willing to be flexible!!**

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

A 10 minute drive to the seaside towns of Gibsons and Sechelt where there are many boutiques, cafes and restaurants. There are many great biking trails easily accessible.
