The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. If you plan to bar hop and bring the fun back -- don't book this house. While you're staying, you'll have the house to yourselves.

This 1350sqft home is perfect for up to 6 close friends or family, w/ a queen bed in the master, a full in the walkthrough loft w/ a shared bathroom & a full pullout bed in the living room accompanied by a half bath. A relaxing oasis for adults and kids alike, our 1930s Cape Cod is situated along a quiet walking/biking trail and is well-equipped for long and short stays alike. Enjoy our indoor fireplace on cold winter nights, the breezy screened-in porch for your morning coffee or evening drink, and river frontage for hot sunny days. We are an easy drive to State College for athletics, graduation, etc., and close proximity to excellent hiking, fishing, skiing, and water recreation.

The Log House on Main is known to be one of the oldest homes built in Belleville, Pa. It has been completely restructured and renovated. The log house will give you all the old home cabin feels with all of the modern conveniences. You can enjoy the patio with a view on spring and summer days and the fireplace during the cool fall and winter evenings. The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.

North Atherton Ave with restaurants, grocery stores, and other amenities is less than 5 minutes away. Easy access from Rt. 322 to the PSU stadium. My home is very conveniently located close to downtown State College. You are a 2 minute walk to the bus stop that takes you to campus and the stadium, as well as a 20 minute walk into the center of town. It's fully furnished from the kitchen to bathrooms and bedrooms-I hope I've thought of everything that any group would hope to find in their own homes! Parties and events aren't currently permitted due to Covid-19 and AirBNB's rules.
