Nestled in the peaceful and picturesque Lincolnshire countryside is Broomlands Boathouse. Our bespoke, hand-crafted log cabin offers you a relaxing and tranquil get away. Set in the gardens of our farmhouse, on the edge of a private 12 acre lake. Our log cabin provides luxurious bed & breakfast accommodation for two people. A private veranda, snug living area with log burner, en-suite shower room and double bed on mezzanine level offers the perfect retreat for couples. Relax, unwind and enjoy!

Deer View Cabin is the perfect secluded getaway to spend your time relaxing in the hot tub or sit listening to the rain on the tin roof in a rocking chair on our beautiful porch. Inside you can unwind in comfy chairs beside a cosy stove whilst you look out onto woodland & wildlife. If you like walking we have beautiful off road walks to the quiet beach of Grimston (25 min walk) or around St Michael’s woods, bring appropriate footwear. We are proud that our seaside cabin with a private sunny garden is one of the top rated homes on Airbnb! It’s a step away from the Transpennine Way, the beach, and Hornsea Mere. We welcome one small, well trained dog and two people. Our super-king bed can be split into a twin on request. There’s a lovely hot shower, smart TV, Wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The bed, breakfast bar and comfy sofas all overlook the private garden which has bifolding doors onto the deck.

A beautiful place to stay that is both rare and historic in the heart of Beverley with free secure onsite parking. The Old Hayloft is a hidden gem within close walking distance of cafes, bars and restaurants, independent shops, places of interest, and the fabulous Beverley Minster. The railway station is close by. The very private and luxury accommodation is upstairs with its own entrance and a large and very comfortable super king bed. There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite, large lounge with Sky tv, sunroom/2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and a dining table and there is a separate toilet. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

The Garden Room

Two renovated old buildings have been converted into a quiet, one bedroom, self contained Garden room. In the centre of Slingsby village, you are well placed to explore the beautiful surrounding areas of Yorkshire. A modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and cooker is equipped for preparing delicious meals. A wall mounted television with Netflix is available. The sleeping area hosts a double bed with wall hanging for clothes, adjacent to which is a bright shower room with heated towel rail.
