A town centre historic building with the best of the modern world. Park up privately & enter the bright spacious house. A unique kitchen with all modern amenities. Dining room with a beautiful 17th century dining table leads to a living room with media wall & water vapour fire. The patio garden with BBQ firepit, water feature & dart board. Upstairs four stylish bedrooms each with TV's and projectors. Two showers, a bath and two toilets help allow you move through your Yorkshire stay with ease.

The Orchard

The home is in a quiet corner of the farm with views over open countryside. The garden is securely fenced with a large lawn which is a safe area for your dog Please list pets when booking. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let me know before booking. There are walks from the doorstep to the River Hull, and Pulfin Nature Reserve, which are popular with fishermen and bird watchers. The historic town of Beverley is 4 miles away and the coastal resort of Hornsea is 10 miles away

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. The garden is a pure sun trap to sit and relax. Secure garden with lockable gate. The house is close by the sea a 10 minutes walk east on the bridalpath. A 20 mins walk in to the town to explore cafes/bars & local independent shops, Mere, Museum, Honeysuckle Farm all well worth a visit. With other near by places to visit in land and on the East coast. I offer early check in & late check out if no other guests checking in/out please ask.

Only 3 miles away is the historic Market town of Howden with it's great range of shops, cafes and bars. Laxton is an ideal base for exploring East or North Yorkshire.

We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A stream with ducks is in the next village. A short walk will take you into the Town Centre where you can explore the many shops, bars and restaurants. Walk the opposite way and you are into country lanes and open fields.
