The 60 m2 south facing terrace maximizes all-day sunshine and offers a partial lake view. The bright and spacious flat is a short (and flat) walk to town or the lake and a fast (10 min) train into Zurich. Kusnacht, a prime suburb of Zurich, is perfect area for families for access to nature and to the city.
