Beautiful self contained annex surrounded by farmland situation in a quiet rural location close to the beach and the New Forest. 12 minutes by car to Lymington. Suitable for up to 2 adults. Well behaved dog welcome at an extra charge of £20 to cover additional cleaning. Large kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, lounge and upstairs double bedroom (kingsize bed). Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

The Little House

Our home is located on the Sway/Hordle boundary 3½ miles from the market town of Lymington. The Little House makes an ideal base from which to explore the New Forest and local coastline. There are a number of local attractions to visit - including Exbury Gardens, Beaulieu Motor Museum and village, Bucklers Hard or maybe take a small boat ride over to Hurst Castle from Keyhaven. Horse riding, golf courses and nature reserves are all a short distance away.

With its own entrance and space for parking, guests can guarantee a comfortable stay and enjoy watching our miniature Shetland pony and chickens. The room has a kingsized bed plus large futon bed. Glamping at its best. A beautifully crafted shepherds' hut set in its own picket fenced garden. Perfectly situated within a few minutes of the beach and forest. Facilities include a fridge, microwave hob, barbeque and cosy log burner. A fully fitted shower room and a choice of double bed settee or bunks. There are riding schools and hacking centres close by. Barton on Sea golf course is a short walk away.
