A vineyard at front and market garden at back, you are in the country, yet only five mins by car to Richmond, 20 mins to Nelson City.

Karaka Studio on Manuka Island Nelson/Tasman

Karaka studio is on the very edge of the Waimea Inlet with water twenty metres from your front door. Lie in bed and watch the tide come in. We are a private estuary island (Manuka Island) but we have drive on access at all times, 25 minutes to Nelson and Motueka. Rabbit Island beach(4km) and Taste Nelson Cycle Trail is a km from our gate. We are central to vineyards, cafes, 3/4 hour to Abel Tasman National park. We have amazing sea, rural , and mountain views. Total privacy assured.

Compact stand alone semi rural country cottage amongst the fruit trees, Wi fi available ,situated 1km from Brightwater & only 15 minutes to Richmond. Close proximity to cycle trails. Suitable for 2 guests with queen size bed, separate kitchen set up for light cooking and bathroom facilities. Own washing machine . Self check in with lockbox. Owners live on property There is a wooden deck with outdoor furniture & bbque. $15 fee will be incurred should an EV be charged at our cottage .

A cozy one bedroom apartment attached to the rear of our house with its own entrance and driveway situated in Hope Richmond we are a few minutes away from Richmond town Centre and about 20 minutes from Nelson city right next to the cycleway the apartment is a one bedroom with queen bed lounge with TV table and chairs and your own shower and toilet there is no cooking facilities but we do provide fridge freezer microwave toaster and tea coffee and sugar is supplied
