This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Offgrid Tiny home with private ponds, Finger lakes

This tiny house is surrounded by forest and ponds, just out of Naples. You will have private access to a pond and 15 acres of forest. In winter you are minutes away from Bristol mountain ski resort and Hunt hollow ski resort. For cross country skiing there is Cummings nature centre down the road. This property is in a prime area with lakes to kayak or fish on, many hiking trails including Grimes Glen, and the wine routes and arts and crafts the finger lakes are known for. 2 nights minimum

Located in the heart of the Finger Lakes Wine Region there is no shortage of adventures to be had. Summer vacations with all the amenities of home and the fun of your own pond, a hot tub, fire pit and a large yard. Fall brings beautiful foliage, nearby wineries for tours, tastings & hiking trails. In the Winter, a 10 minute trip to Bristol Mountain for slope recreation or even sledding on our very own property. Close to CMAC concert venue and Naples Grape Fest for the best grape pie ever!

Overlooking a 3/4-acre pond, this 550 sq ft lower-level studio has a private patio, 2 entrances, full bath, queen bed and newly installed kitchen (after 3/15/24). TV has access to Netflix, Disney plus, Prime Video, and other Roku channels (no cable). Wi-Fi is continuous with listing and space has private access to heat/AC controls. Entrance is via keypad lock. Close to Canandaigua, Cummings Nature Center, CMAC, and wineries/microbreweries. Short drive to Letchworth State Park and Victor

The Creek House Private Home & Scenic Grounds

The Creek House: a fully renovated 1 bdrm, 1 bath home with a full modern kitchen and large new deck situated right next to a year round babbling brook. The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. The stream meanders through the mixed park like and wooded parcel ending at a 25’ wide 6’ high waterfall. Antique clawfoot tub. Water may have a sulfur smell (see below).

Just 5 miles from Bristol Mountain! Nestled in the Bristol Hills with stunning views of Canandaigua Lake. Near many hiking trails on state lands, or explore the acres of woods in our back yard. Enjoy the wineries, breweries, and all the other unique experiences offered in the Finger Lakes region. Then come home, build a campfire and enjoy incredible views from the lean-to, relax in the hot tub, or sit by the fireplace and watch a movie! You'll love your Lakeview vacation!

Comfortably sleeps 2 in a full-sized bed & 1 on our couch. The property includes flat-land lake access, seasonal dock, fire pit, gas grill, gazebo & patio, kayaks for rent, WiFi, TV/DVD, YouTube TV, cook-your-own breakfast w/eggs & fruit provided, seasonal A/C, and a pub & marina in walking distance.

Captain Frank's Lakeside Get Away

Simply kick back and relax in the cutest lakeside cottage on Honeoye Lake! You can see large mouth bass swimming right by the shoreline. There is plenty of room for the whole family. There is an additional two bedroom upper cottage that can be rented as well for more family and friends. Come see what the finger lakes are all about! I have included a nice fireplace so you can even enjoy the winter months. Enjoy relaxing in a hot tub overlooking the lake.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

The Bungalow on Berkeley - NEW w/Game Room

The Bungalow on Berkeley is a top-to-bottom renovated cottage steps from Honeoye Lake. Located at the north end of the lake, guests enjoy access to a private community beach, park, and boat launch. The home features three bedrooms, a comfortable common space, and a STELLAR game room that truly sets it apart (with brand-new flooring just completed). Bristol and Hunt Hollow ski resorts are both within 15 minutes for easy year-round fun.
