The Sawmill Cottage is 1500 SF cabin featuring a master BR and full bath on main leading to a spacious screened porch with beautiful view of woods. There is an extra Apartment available, see below. The second floor contains a loft BR with full bath. Located on wooded acreage with over a half mile of walking trails to beautiful Canton Creek with overlooking treehouse and hot tub. Only 5 minute drive to I-575, Northside Hospital, and retailing. Smart TV and wi-fi. Parking directly in front.

Looking to get away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect, or on vacation? We are close to the famous Greenway for biking, hiking, walking and running. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

This cottage is the original home we built and lived in when we bought the property. It was our home for 10 years before we built the larger main house for our growing family which is located in front of the guesthouse. This farm has been our home for 30 years. Nestled in the middle of a beautiful perennial shade garden, our snug and cozy studio cottage overlooks a horse pasture. Serene view from queen bed looks out onto screened back porch and horse pasture beyond. A very special, quiet, and convenient location to explore from, stay for business, or enjoy as a private getaway. Convenient to all of Atlanta and the North Georgia mountains as well as many restaurants and wonderful places nearby.

Enjoy your stay at the most unique place around. You will enjoy a unique mix of industrial and rustic decor. Our inground backyard pool is available from May 15th to mid September. Yes, you can have visitors, your aunt, uncle, or grandchildren are welcome to sleep over. This is a family place and we hope you will gather here with your friends and loved ones! Goat Farm Guest Suite

Our goat retreat suite is on a 2 acre wooded lot in a quiet and secluded area. The suite has a private entrance off a common hallway in our detached outbuilding. A queen bed, full kitchen, bath, Wifi, cable TV. Outside is a patio & several games, plus goats (& deer & hawks, etc). Currently we have 4 goats, Mocha, Immy, Miss Betty, and Daisy! (Note: we are ADA exempt. Sorry, but no service animals.)
