Relax in our 1 bedroom apartment with large open plan kitchen, dining & living area. Bedroom has a queen bed & also a single bed. Heat pump, gas powered hot water along with Sky TV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies and Wifi. Smart TV gives you access to online content as well as Netflix plus more. 50 inch Smart TV's in both the lounge and bedroom. 2 minute stroll to the Glowworm dell in one direction and the beach in the other direction. Easy, flat walk to town approx. 1.5km away. Private parking.

Our modern 3 bed house is newly renovated, and a 5 minute walk to the centre of Hokitika where you can find all sorts of treasures, from a range of great cafes and Restaurants, to Pounamu (Greenstone or Jade), a movie theatre, and a range of very stylish shops, with everything from clothes, jewellery, souvenirs, flowers, and hardware. If you walk through town you can stroll right onto the beach, where you can sometimes spot seals, little blue penguins and other wildlife.

Hokitika Hideaway

Relax and unwind with the whole family at your Hokitika haven. Lovingly built in 2023, this house is modern but homely. The house is uniquely situated in Kaniere, Hokitika - 600 metres to the Wilderness Bike Trail, walking tracks and 5 minutes drive to the township. A private backyard overlooks neighbouring farmland and native birdlife, flaxes and pungas to the north. Enjoy sitting outside and watching the Tui's eating the flax seeds in season.

Mamaku Hideaway - with outdoor bath

Nestled in native bush, Mamaku Hideaway is a private one-bedroom tiny home for two. Relax with full kitchen, bathroom, and a large covered deck. Cozy up around the fire pit and make some s’mores. This older style 3- bedroom home doesnt get any closer to Hokitika township. Located right in the CBD, it is a couple hundred metres from every amenity you need....the beach, restaurants, New World, shops etc etc. It has a large private backyard, with seating, fireplace and BBQ area. Please note: this house DOES NOT have a table & chairs and dishwasher.

Fairhaven Farm House

Our sunny, clean, self contained house is set on a deer/beef farm with stunning views of the Southern Alps, a 5-10 minute drive to the Hokitika Gorge and 20 minutes to Lake Kaniere. It is the perfect location for exploring our little patch of paradise including the Wilderness Trail, Tree Top Walkway and local attractions.
