The CBD is a short 2 minutes walk where you can immerse yourself in local cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, craft galleries, copper, gold, glass and pounamu studios.

Relax in our 1 bedroom apartment with large open plan kitchen, dining & living area. Bedroom has a queen bed & also a single bed. Heat pump, gas powered hot water along with Sky TV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies and Wifi. Smart TV gives you access to online content as well as Netflix plus more. 50 inch Smart TV's in both the lounge and bedroom. 2 minute stroll to the Glowworm dell in one direction and the beach in the other direction. Easy, flat walk to town approx. 1.5km away. Private parking.

Old Bank Villa 7 Hamilton Street

Enhance your holiday and enjoy the comfort and class of yesteryear. This turn of the century villa has been thoughtfully and artistically restored. Modern handmade stained glass windows, unique furniture and original artworks elevate this historic bank managers home in central Hokitika. The building is split into two large, self-contained, two bedroom apartments with hotel quality linen on king and queen beds. Surrounded by a stunning verandah, this will be your home away from home.

This house sits opposite the Tasman Sea with stunning views over the ocean and south to New Zealand's highest peak - Mount Cook. The views are stunning and often with beautiful evening sunsets. It is a 5 minute drive to Greymouth and a 1 km to the start of the Point Elizabeth scenic bush walk. This is a great bush walk mainly sheltered with good native bush cover. The main bedroom has great sea views and an ensuite. Plenty of parking space is available behind the house.

The Old Bakery

Our "cool little" cabin is a very small, detached, cozy, private bedroom looking out towards the rugged Tasman Sea. You will enjoy your own private space, comfortable queen bed, beautiful sunsets, beach access, free parking and the convenience of a 3 min beach walk to Hokitika town centre. Bathroom facilities are detached from cabin and shared with the guests in our other cabin. Our place is perfect for couples and solo adventurers.

Conveniently located in a quiet street just off the main highway; location is walking distance to the rugged beaches of the West Coast. Only a 4-5 minute drive to the local bars, restaurants, supermarkets and Westland Recreation Centre. The Wilderness Cycle/Walking Trail is minutes away and a 25 minute drive along the scenic Coast Road to the famous Pancake Rocks and Blowholes.

This older style 3- bedroom home doesnt get any closer to Hokitika township. Located right in the CBD, it is a couple hundred metres from every amenity you need....the beach, restaurants, New World, shops etc etc. It has a large private backyard, with seating, fireplace and BBQ area. Please note: this house DOES NOT have a table & chairs and dishwasher.
