Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten sowie ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit 10 m2 großem Balkon. Auf Wunsch kann ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl bereitgestellt werden. Die Fußbodenheizung und eine automatische Raumbelüftung (mit Pollenfilter) sorgen ganzjährig für ein behagliches Klima. Decken und Fußböden bestehen überwiegend aus Holz.
