It is great for couples, solo adventurists, and families (not set up for toddlers and younger). Steps to the beach path and Chaplin Park, which has lit tennis courts, park and picnic areas. Our spacious two bedroom, 2 ½ bath villa overlooks a large swimming pool, and comfortably accommodates six people. It is fully equipped and tastefully furnished to be a home-away-from-home.  The kitchen has an electric range and oven, a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, washer and dryer.  There is seating for six at the dining room table.  The living room entertainment center has a Smart TV connected to cable and WiFi. Please note--Courtside has a strict No Pets policy.
