Our studio is a part of beach front property (you will NOT need to cross a street to get to the beach). The space is cute and cozy for a single traveler or a couple. It has it's own private entrance, kitchenette, fridge, murphy bed (full), 1 parking spot, and WIFI. We are about 30 minutes to FLL airport, seconds to the beach, and about 2 minutes from local restaurants in the area (7 minute walk). We provide all your basic necessities including beach towels and chairs for your time on the sand.

Ideal for families or groups, it features four spacious bedrooms (accommodating up to 8 guests), each with an en-suite bath and walk-in closet. Enjoy ocean views from the upper terrace. Main Floor: Comfortable living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with king beds. Upstairs: Two additional bedrooms (one king, one queen) and access to a private balcony.

The Leonie! Luxury Home (Woodlands Country Club)

Stunning swimming pool and soaking tub that offers heating. (Heating is 250.00 for every 3 days) The Country Club is Temporarily Closed. The Leonie is better in person than the pictures. The "Hot Tub" is a Soaking Tub that heats with the pool. CAMERAS: There are two active video security cameras face the driveway. Camera 1 is located directly under the garage facing the left of the driveway. Camera 2 is directly under the main entry gate facing the right of the driveway.

In a highly desirable location, this Studio is only a 1/2 block to everything. The Pier, Beach restaurants and shops, and the Atlantic Ocean are right there in front of you. A pool and loungers are available if you just want to hang out at the Condo Unit. Our condo rental is available by days, weeks or month. This unit is for 2 persons who love being a block to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Amazing Location. Lie by the pool and watch the mega yachts go by. Directly located on the Intracoastal Waterway and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to restaurants, bars etc all walking distance. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find all necessities in the bathroom.
