My home is in a quiet, safe, suburban neighborhood, approximately 20 minutes from Washington DC and 15 minutes from downtown Silver Spring. The closest Metro station is an 8 minute drive. It is a large two level ranch style home. Your bedroom and private bathroom will be on the main level where you enter the home. The kitchen, dining and living room reserved for guests is on the lower level which is above ground with a sliding glass door leading to the back patio. Driveway parking is available.

The studio unit has its own entrance and full bathroom. Touring DC? Ride 6 or 7 minutes from our location to the Silver Spring Metro station where you can park your car and hop on the subway to get right downtown!

Univ. of Maryland College Park, and Federal Archive Building is 20 minutes walking distance. It is a cozy and comfortable room to stay. Safe neighborhood. One person per room.

Cozy Studio in NE DC

Relax and enjoy your time in Washington, DC from our studio in the Fort Totten Neighborhood. Our space is private with a entrance from the backyard. There is free street parking near the premises. 15 min drive from downtown DC and great restaurants. If taking public transportation, the house is a 15 min walk from the Fort Totten metro and a bus stop a 1 min walk away. Only a 5 mins walk from Giant grocery store and fast food options.

2 miles from DC, easily accessible by public transportation. 0.2 mile walk to bus stop to Silver Spring metro, or less than a 2 mile drive to the metro! Quiet and safe neighborhood (use Blair HS as a reference for location). Comfortable, clean, new space- close to all the things the DMV has to offer. Queen bedroom with a workspace & fast Wi-Fi, and living space with giant couch. There is also a gym available.
