Creekside Sanctuary is a 6+ acre paradise for families, friends, celebrations or retreats. Naming this property was not easy, not only is this a Sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation, guests can also enjoy the popular site seeing and abundant wildlife native to our beautiful Black Hills. Whether winter or summer, there are activates nearby - fishing, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating. The large yard is host to deer and turkey, an ideal gathering spot for celebration, fun and games.

Grandma's House in the Heart of the Black Hills

Grandma's House is in the heart of the Black Hills, located 1 mile from Hill City, it is minutes away from Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park and more. It sits alone on the edge of a meadow with hills directly behind it and a small, bubbly creek in front of the house. It has plenty of room for kids to run and play outside, and a cozy, quaint inside for families to enjoy each other's company. Grandma’s House is available for extended stays November thru April. Enjoy beautiful surroundings - a seasonal pond outside your cabin (water level varies), horses, mini donkey, mini goats and chickens. Enjoy private setting with the convenience of the owners just 1/4 mile up the driveway to take care of your needs!

Free parking is plentiful and a carport is available. This home is ideal for the traveler who needs the convenience's of home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, utensils and lets not forget how important coffee, tea, hot chocolate and spices are :) It's all there to keep you feeling cozy and taken care of.

If your looking for the perfect outdoors getaway or family vacation, our cabin is close to Pactola Reservoir and Sheridan Lake. There are ATV rentals close by with multiple trail heads to explore. Centennial Trail and Mickelson Trail are only a few miles away. The cabin is located in the middle of popular attractions like Deadwood, Mt. Rushmore, and Needles Highway. Visit quaint towns like Hill City. At the end of the day, you can relax in our modern home nestled in the pine trees.

Beautifully updated home in the perfect location for exploring the Black Hills! *Modern kitchen, two queen bedrooms and two bathrooms, additional bonus area with futon, laundry, large back deck with gas grill. If traveling with a big rig please inquire before booking (camper, trailer, etc.). Please note: This rental is for the entire main floor of the home. A basement with a completely separate entrance is not included in this rental and is reserved for occasional use by owners.

Mickelson Bike Trail runs through town. Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse are within 15 miles.

You will occupy the entire main or 2nd floor of this rustic residence. Close to all the major Black Hills attractions yet you will feel at one with nature. Tenderfoot Creek can lull you to sleep or greet the morning with its soothing chatter.
