There are 3 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/diner area, spacious lounge and laundry room. To the outside there is a patio area to the rear and a courtyard area to the front with seating. There is also ample parking space.

West Kirby - a beautiful seaside town. Quirky streets, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and stunning countryside - there’s something for everyone. Orrysdale Road is just a 5 min walk from the beach, lake, prom & town centre. Also within a 5 min walk is a train station with trains to Liverpool (waterfront, arena etc) each 20 mins (20min train journey). There are 2 good sized and charming double bedrooms, & a single.
