This beautifully designed, recently constructed modern guest studio is a separate, stand-alone structure from the primary residence, offering access to a shared swimming pool and dedicated off-street parking on a secure property. A curated original collection of art and photography books is available for guest use.

Just enough of home with a small refrigerator and microwave to use for snacking and a coffeemaker however, not a kitchen. Located in the hip and fun neighborhood of Highland Park, close to downtown LA, Pasadena, Glendale, and s short drive to Hollywood and Santa Monica. Close to freeways and public transportation.

Extra cleaning and care during Covid-19. Social distancing practiced here! This is a serene, solar powered studio guesthouse surrounded by a flowering native garden (with veggies too) with full kitchen, set on 1/2 acre property - walking distance to Occidental College and York Blvd bars, shops & restaurants. We are 1 block from Highland Park (NELA)! Vintage appliances in the kitchen with a bathroom/shower as well as an outdoor shower set beneath a fruit filled Pomegranate tree.

Spanish styled get away, Highland Park LA

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 15 minutes from downtown, easy parking, walking distance from great food and coffee, epic views! Our space was made for a single guest that needs some space to relax or as a romantic and stylish get away for couples to enjoy. Just a quick heads up. Our house sits at the top of a pretty steep hill which gives you amazing views. Just be mindful if you’re uncomfortable parking or walking on a hill.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
