We are a 45 min. scenic drive to the famous Magnolia Silos, 30 min. from Historic Hico, Texas, and short distance to shopping and dining in Clifton and Meridian, Texas...there is so much to do! Don't worry, though, you don't have to travel far for dining or entertainment, as restaurants and shops are just a few miles away. Enjoy a rural setting in the heart of cowboy country. Room to bring a horse and relax in quiet while being able to travel to many amenities surrounding Stephenville, Texas. (We're 2 miles out of town) Our new tiny home has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Come enjoy a fire outside, sit on the porch, or go for a ride in the area. Small dogs allowed with pre-approval. This includes a $20 pet fee. Up to 3 horses allowed with pre-approval and horse fee.

Enjoy your stay in Stephenville at our peaceful and stylish studio apartment. Located on our property, you'll have access to our private backyard and all of its amenities including a workout space, koi pond, fireplace and grill. This newly built space (April 2023) is furnished with brand new appliances, a full kitchen, refurbished wood floors and high ceilings. Within walking distance of Tarleton State University, it is ideal for parents or alumni. We look forward to your stay!

The RV is equipped with an all seasons insulation package, cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. Located next to our home’s extended patio. You’re own private driveway and entrance for convenient access. You’re welcomed with delicious chocolate chip cookies! I personally clean and detail the space so it is spotless for each and every guest!
