The Lockly house is a newly renovated and fully furnished three bedroom house. Furnished with family in mind, enjoy wi-fi, 3 smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, hardwood floors throughout and washer and dryer available in house. One bedroom on the main floor, two bedrooms on the second floor. The third bedroom is furnished as a media room for an extra living space to spread out. Can accommodate up to 8 guests. The Lockly house was built in 1910. Within 30 minutes of Fort Wayne, IN and Lima, OH.

This second story space located minutes from downtown, Parkview and PFW still sits on a quiet 2 acre lot. The built in shelves, drawers, chef's kitchen, designated work area and ample closet space make it ideal for a longer term rental. The bedroom has a queen bed. The pull out sofa provides another queen sleep space. This is a pet free/smoke free environment.

20a Cabinn - Private cabin on 10 woodland acres

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, rustic and freshly remodeled cabin. Located right off the Archbold turnpike exit just miles away from Sauders village. Enjoy staying inside by the cozy fireplace, 10 acres of wooded property along the tiffin river, direct access to fish the river, and enjoy miles of Scenic views with direct access to the Cannon-Wabash Bike and Walking trail! Room for plenty of guests with 3 bedrooms one king, two queens and a pull out couch.

Carriage House near Downtown

The Carriage House is a smoke free and pet free environment. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). It is a private carriage house completely detached from the other residence on property giving our guests access to a private kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom, laundry area, and loft. The carriage house backs into a private fenced in yard with roughly 1/2 acre of land which is equipped with firepit.
