This gorgeous garden apartment on the lower ground floor of our Grade II listed house has been converted into a luxurious space which is suitable for leisure and business travellers who want a cosy and comfortable but upmarket guest experience. Located in York's only Victorian garden square, to the west of the city centre, it offers a peaceful oasis of calm but is within easy walking distance to the city centre and train station and a 10-minute walk to York Racecourse.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place. York city centre is just a five minute walk from here and across the road you will find the Foss Fairy Trail, a beautiful woodland walk, by the river Foss. The house has been recently decorated and is clean and spacious with a cosy feel, also boasting a sunny back yard. Happy to accommodate small groups (couples), as well as larger groups.
