Das Doppel-Schlafsofa ist allerdings im unteren Wohnbereich. Gartenanteil mit Feuerstelle, Außensauna. Voll ausgestattet Küche, mit Gasherd.. Gewürze sind vorhanden, Kaffee müsst ihr selber mitbringen. Im Sommer wird das Brauchwasser über die Solaranlage erwärmt. Es kann etwas dauern bis bei Wolken die Heizung anspringt.

Spacious basement flat in the north of Nuremberg between the city centre and the airport with sleeping accommodation for six, plenty of space and a spacious bathroom. Good public transport connections to the airport and city. The exhibition centre can be reached in about 30 minutes. The flat has a large living/dining room with a sofa bed and two separate bedrooms with double beds (140 and 160 cm).
