This garden apartment is located in basement level of home and has an open concept. Wake up on the solid wood king bed, make a fresh coffee, and walk out through the French doors onto the garden patio. PERMIT NUMBER 201540818. The Garden Apartment is the lower section/basement level of the home with it's own private entrance & spaces separate from the Host who lives upstairs, occasionally guests state they can hear the host. The Garden Apartment provides an open floor plan with approx 800 square feet of bright space, opening up onto a garden level patio with french doors for your morning coffee/tea. We hope you find your stay relaxing & enjoyable! This Airbnb has a maximum guest limit of 2 Guests. As a guest, you'll have access to all that the Garden Apartment has to offer, including a private bathroom and a smaller standing shower. The space includes a lounge area in front of a decorative fireplace, a big comfy sectional for watching a show, a pullout futon to accommodate 2 guests for sleeping, a bar top for enjoying a beverage/tea/coffee bar, A fabulous Kitchenette area, and a great dining table for playing cards/games! The large bedroom is totally private featuring a new King Sized sleigh bed, and 2 large closets for extra storage if needed. The Garden Apartment offers Free WIFI and Free Cable Tv. I am available normal hours 7 days a week to ask questions about local events, delicious local restaurants & cafe's, for directions, and I will also have a booklet at the Apartment for our guests to reference lots of local information, also including info about the walking trails & parks overlooking the river just 5 minutes away! The apartment is located east of downtown Nashville in a peaceful neighborhood of ranch-style homes. It’s only 15 minutes to the center of the city, and 10 minutes to the airport and Opryland. Two Rivers Park is close by. I find navigating Nashville is easiest with a vehicle but sometimes you don't want to have to drive, being this close to the city gives our guests convenient alternatives such as Uber & Lyft & Cabs/Taxi Service all available to the Garden Apartment. Downtown offers tons of parking options if you do decide to drive. While we do offer a Kitchenette is in the Apartment which includes locally roasted yummy coffee, a tea station as well, plus a microwave/toaster & mini fridge with prep area, Kitchen Sink, And a Hot Plate for small cooking - Plus most of our guests are out and about enjoying the tastes of Nashville! We currently offer 2 parking spots directly outside of your apartment, please notify me if you have additional vehicles so that we can accommodate you! This Airbnb has a maximum guest limit of 2 Guests. The apartment is located east of downtown Nashville in a peaceful neighborhood of ranch-style homes. Located 15-20 minutes to the center of the city, and 10 minutes to the airport & Opryland Hotel & Convention Center. Two Rivers Park is close by for a relaxing bike ride. **The jewel of our neighborhood is the Two Rivers Park with access to The greenways offering nearly 100 miles of paived multi-use pathways, you can literally ride it into downtown!

My labor of love house. So many older homes are being torn down in Nashville and I just couldn't let it happen to this one. Transom ceilings, original hardwood floors, super quiet inside.. front porch sitting...Walkable to 12 South. public Street parking and sweet neighbors. You will feel right at home while being less than 2 miles from lower broadway and the gulch. Belmont and Vandy are super close.
