Die 75 m² große Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoss von "Schloss Hohenzollern" bietet sehr viel Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Die Wohnung bietet eine traumhafte Rundumsicht über die Dächer von Ahlbeck mit den zahlreichen historischen Villen aus der Kaiserzeit. Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz.

Achterkajüte

Es handelt sich um ein Doppelhaus in einem Viertel mit Reetdachhäusern und freiem Blick auf das Achterwasser. Grundstücksgröße 1200 m². Die angebotene Wohnung in der Doppelhaushälfte besteht aus dem Eingangsflur im Erdgeschoss, dem Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss und hat eine Wohnfläche von 80 m². Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Sommeratelier der Malerin Kerstin Langer. In der anderen Doppelhaushälfte befindet sich eine weitere Ferienwohnung (Kielhus).

Only 200m away from the Baltic Sea beach, this bright and well-equipped 3-room flat is located on the top floor of the Haus am Kurpark. With its floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, it offers a wide view over the roofs of the Kaiserbad Ahlbeck. On the same floor opposite the flat is the wellness area with sauna, relaxation room and access to the communal roof terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea.

The cozy loft apartments on the ground floor with a combined living/sleeping area offer space for 2 guests on 49 square meters. The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen with dining area is also openly integrated into the room. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and the double bed measures 160x200 cm.

Our stylishly furnished flats with 1 bedroom offer enough space for up to 2 people on approx. 50 m². Each flat has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), an inviting living area and a fully equipped kitchen. The modern bathrooms are equipped with luxurious walk-in showers.
