Studio Huis Roomolen is located at Roomolenstraat in the center of Amsterdam, a little street beween canals, yet; in the middle of things. Three large windows give a nice view over the Roomolenstraat. The size of the luxurious studio is 26m² including private kitchen, shower and toilet. Private roof terrace of 10m² at the backside enclosed by the neighbor buildings. The place is very warm and personal, perfectly suited for a single traveler or couple to retreat as well as to discover Amsterdam.

The owner lives on the bottom two floors of the house, so is always close-by to assist and help out with tips and recommendations. It also means no-party policy is strictly observed. The seating lounge area is warm and cozy, and has awesome views of the most beautiful canal of Amsterdam. Very comfortable Houseboat, mahony wooden walls, art nouveau style, with terras on very central location overvieuwing the river. After a break of 4 coronayears, we are back into bussiness. In that 4 years we took the chance to renew our bathroom, renew our steering wheel cabin, a lot of painting on the deck, 3 new roofdeck ligts, and some technical adjustments you cannot see, but will make your stay more comfortable. there is centtral heating and airco for hot summer days.

Gorgeous houseboat moored on historic canal. The B&B is 60 m2, with ample living space, an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a large deck. Perfect for a couple, not for guests who have trouble with steep stairs The boat is called “Musard” and was built in 1922 in Rouen, France. We live in the rear end of the boat and our guests stay in the front.
