Opreman je sa puno ljubavi i želje da se svako u njemu prijatno osjeća. Ima jednu veću spavaću sobu koja ima balkon . Kuhinja je velika i dobro opremljena i nadovezuje se na trpezariju.. Izjutra sunce ulazi u spavaću sobu a u kuhinju i trpezariju popodne sve do zalaska.
