Enjoy the tranquility of tropical rural living in a stand-alone cottage, with a fully fenced garden, located at the front of a 5 acre property. Just off the Arnhem highway, the cottage is close to shops and is a gateway to Kakadu, popular fishing locations as well as being close to Litchfield and other attractions. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a well stocked bookshelf and lots of board games for you to enjoy. A great place for you to relax and unwind.

Fully self contained independent cottage. Tropical front verandah looking out to natural bush. Set on 10 acres in a quiet area, secure and safe. Lounge, tv, dining area, kitchen, fridge, bedroom with queen size bed and separate bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tub. Pets allowed as spacious securely fenced lawned area. Dogs can be safely left in the yard if you go out. I can check on them if requested. Unfortunately internet is not reliable.

Enjoy the chirping of birds in the morning and the peace and quiet that rural Darwin brings you. If you want to head into Palmerston city it's a cruisey 20 minutes drive, or into Darwin city is just 35 minutes.

Relax with the whole family or a group of friends at this peaceful place- whether in the beautiful big gardens or on the 92 square metre outdoor deck or on the large grass area overlooking the dam that is crystal clear with aquatic plants and fish. Please note: there is a lot of native animals that call The Flame Tree their home so sorry no pets and no smoking or vaping please.
