Spacious & newly renovated apartment in lower part of villa, close to beaches and the Copenhagen tourist attractions. The apartment has its own entrance, bathroom, living room with couch, TV and dining table, a large bedroom with TV, sleeping up to 4 guests (a 5th childbed on mattress can be provided), and small kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, coffemachine, electric kettle, plates, glasses etc). Bedring faces the garden and is quiet. Guests not allowed, nor music >10 pm. Min age of adults 28.

Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Lejligheden ligger øverst i en rolig opgang og har stor sydvendt, uforstyrret altan. Lige nedenfor lejligheden finder I dagligvarebutik, en god bager samt busforbindelser.

Lejl. ligger tæt på Bernstorffsvej S-togs station - ca. 15 min. til Kbh. centrum. Desuden forbindelse nordpå til bl.a. Louisiana og Helsingør. Lejl. er en ældre, privat bolig, hvor jeg bor til dagligt med mine to teenage drenge, så forvent ikke 'hotel cleaning' - men der imod et charmerende privat hjem.

The apartment has a big terrace and a garden for the warm summer days/nights. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a big working space with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Free parking on the street.

Lejligheden ligger meget centralt i Kbh med kun 3,7 km til Rådhuspladsen og kun 250 meter til metroen. Lejligheden har et køkken/alrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, badeværelse og entré. Jeg anbefaler lejligheden til 2 personer, men I er velkomne til at bo 3, men så skal den sidste sove på madras i stuen, hvilket mine egne gæster også gør. Udenfor er der en lille terrasse med bord og stole.

Den rummelige og lyse bolig på 1. sal ligger tæt på skov, historiske parker og dejlige strande og med nem hurtig adgang til Københavns centrum. Huset ligger op til et fredeligt villa område, i gå afstand til indkøbsmuligheder på Jægersborg Alle og mindre end fem minutters gang fra Charlottenlund station hvorfra du kan komme til Københavns centrum f.eks. Nørreport Station på 15 minutter.
