Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

A sofa bed can be supplied to expand to four people for an extra cost per person. Babies are welcome but it is not an environment for toddlers.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.

Pirates Den

Pirates Den is a stylish apartment at Helford Passage just moments away from the Ferryboat Inn and beach. It's been tastefully decorated throughout in neutral colours and natural fabrics which appeal to everyone's taste. The first floor living room has lovely views of the beach and river and is furnished with comfy sofas, has a separate dining area and contemporary kitchen.
