There are many ocean view condos in Kona but only a few beach front. This is a rare find. This area was home to the king and there are many ancient ruins on the grounds. Enjoy the turtles on the beach and whales, dolphins and manta rays. Bedroom window is like being in an aquarium! My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, public transport, and nightlife. Great 970 square foot, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath townhouse with slight ocean view from the lanai. King sized bed in one bedroom or two twins that can be joined to make a king in second bedroom. Snorkeling gear, boogie boards, cooler, WiFi, single dedicated parking space, bring our beach chairs to the common waterfront area and enjoy the ocean view and watch the sunset.

The Fairway Villas are centrally located and set along side a pristine golf course, a lake, and the lava petroglyph trails. It is a short walk to 2 fun shopping centers, restaurants, and a convenient gourmet grocery store. The beach is also a short walk (or drive) from our townhome condo. You will be staying at our 2 story 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Condo.

Located on beautiful Waikoloa Beach Drive. This tropical paradise is our second home and it is well cared for. The layout is open, fresh and bright. This is truly a home with all of the comforts that you will need. From both lanais you can look out at the golf course. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Our two story townhome has two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. We also have a private laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer and full kitchen.
