Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Guests can enjoy two single kayaks and paddleboat, lakeside firepit, grill, and outdoor games. Inside is a cozy gas-powered fireplace and board games. Blue Moose Cabin is located in Mountain Lakes, a recreational community with beaches and a sledding hill. 25 min to Lost River Gorge / Ice Castles. 30 mins to Cannon and Loon Mountains.

Set in a lovely 3 acre garden setting, our Airbnb is 1/4 mile from the lake and 23 minutes from Dartmouth College or the Ski-way. Lots of things to do in the area as well. The serene Indian Pond is located just down the road and it is ideal for swimming & kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Hike Mt. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.

Super secluded, quiet lakeside cape, Sugar Hill Area. A true winter wonderland in the winter months, with access to Cannon Mountain, Loon and Bretton Woods. Quirky house originally built in 1810 and added onto in the late 1800s. This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

There are ice castles, swimming, kayaking, hiking, skiing and snowboarding all within a 30 minute drive. There are trails at the end of our road that are also great for nature hikes .
