This Lockwood cabin/studio offers an “Eagles” inspired theme on our quiet 10 acre block, located in Katikati. Waihi and Waihi Beach are a 15 minute drive away, and it is a 35 minute drive to Tauranga. You also have the opportunity to pushbike or walk some popular tracks in this area, which are a short drive away. This cabin has lovely rural views, so it’s a perfect 1 or 2 night getaway to enjoy some R & R! And remember "You can check out any time you like, but you may never want to leave!"

Come relax & unwind & recharge your batteries. We are 1 hour 20 mins from Auckland international Airport. Sorry no late check-out.

Owharoa Hideaway

Owharoa Hideaway offers couples a self contained stay in a rural setting. A north facing aspect located above the Karangahake Gorge just a short walk/drive from the Owharoa Waterfall where the most scenic parts of the Hauraki rail-trail cycle-way can be accessed. Modern fittings are used throughout the luxurious semi-detached bathroom that is nestled amongst trees. From the cottage deck survey the Coromandel and watch tui, bellbird, kereru, kaka and more vie for your attention.

We have a bush hut ,on a small lifestyle block. The cabin has 1 room with a double bed...a separate kitchen,which has a double gas ring cooker and fridge It is small and simple..private outside bathroom close by. There is a small electric heater..electric blanket .. lots of animals close to waihi town,with all it's gold mining attractions.Close to the bike trail, and 12km from waihi beach.Lots of great bush walks and rivers to enjoy (can be insects. spiders..webs..)

Sweet little cabin in the woods that we promise is definitely not the start of a B-grade horror flick (unless you're not great with the odd bug and some low-fi living) A bit of a glamping experience - we use solar lights and a camp stove, but there is some pretty great luxury features. Theres now a wee outdoor patio area, extra comfy couches and the valleys finest loft-based chillzone that takes advantage of the awesome views of the surrounding hills.
